| Have you ever not done something because a friend said, "ewww" or, "That isn't different." We have all fallen victim to this. However, this time I didn't listen. My friend was againts natural products. She said they were a waste of money and acted like snake oil. I was at the store last night and I figured I would try it out and prove her wrong for once. Low and behold, she was soooo wrong. I got a natural hair care product that blew my Pro-V out of the water. I don't think she'll be happy when she finds out I proved her wrong. Nature is better.

| My mother told me today that I'm an adult now. I guess she has accepted that I have moved on and that I can dress however I please. I hated living at home and listening to my mother dictating my fashion. I would have some seductive clothes on and she would be like, "No you don't young lady." Well... it's all about love. I know she cares.

| I always feel like I'm doing the tango with my make up in the morning. It's fun, but it's very stressful. I love applying lipstick but my eye liner.... I can not tell you how many times I have stabbed myself in the eyes. Ugh, the cost of beauty is so high. Am I the only girl who is annoyed? I doubt it.

| This girl came into class today with a black bra
on and a WHITE T-SHIRT!!!! Come on… can we say that you’re a woman of easy
moral virtue. Clearly this is a fashion “no no”! I’m sure the boys were all
gaga over it but as a girl to another girl… this is not a good way to keep
friends. Such an obvious attempt to attract boys instantly labels you as an
easy gal. So, next time… stop and think about your clothing before you make an
enemy out of me. |
